This day.

A very severe shock of earthquake was felt here on Sunday evening at six o'clock. Direction, north to south- It was accompanied 1 with a rumbling noise right under foot. Many persons were alarmed and ran out of their houses. There appeared to be only one shock, but it was followed by strong vibrations which lasted about 15 seconds. No damage done.
