John Walsh, who was on bail, forfeited the amount for not appearing tp answer a charge of drunkenness.
INDECENT EXPOSUBE
Michael Began pleaded guilty to a charge of indecently exposing his person in Albert street, Grahamstown, on Saturday night. He didn't know anything about it.
Mr Bullen said this case might have been brought under the Vagrant Act and punished with imprisonment only, but as there was no previous offence recorded against him, he had been charged under the Bye-law.
Fined 20s and costs, or 48 hours' imprisonment. Michael Mullins pleaded guilty to being drunk and incapable last night. Defendant was up last Monday, Sunday being his favorite day for immoderate drinking. Fined 20s and costs, or 48 hours' ioiprisonment.
STBAY GOATS.
William Kelly pleaded guilty to having allowed two goats and two kids to wander in Baillie street, Sho'rtland.
Fined 2s 6d and costs, a reasonable time to be allowed for payment in consequence of defendant not being in work. Court adjourned.
