[By Telegram.] (fboji ouk special corespondent.) WELLINGTON. This day. The Govei*nment have made many enemies by conceding to Macandrew's amendment for localising the education fund, which means -that education will remain as it is, and Auckland will be specially taxed while the south is not. The end of this must be separation. The provincial districts of Otago and Canterbury will continue to enjoy immunity from taxation for school purposes, while Westland, Nelson and other provinces w 11 have the luxury of taxing themselves heavily.
