Theabbvewas taken from the same reef that gave,' on a former occasion, the yield of 4|dwts., to the cwt., but the present lot was' taken from a different part of the lode. The parcel has not, been retorted, but 8 or 9 ounces are expected, or at the rate of 30 ounces to the ton.
