CALEDONIAN.
' Crushing for this company has- been resumed at the Prince Alfred battery, and looks well for a good yield on completion of the parcel. There were 210 ounces of amalgam on hand when the battery .temporarily' stopped after 60 tons had been put through. In addition to the workings on the intermediate' level jand' the leader on No 3 shaft, the company are now breaking down portion of the "Xoung American leaden on the northern boundary of their claim.
