The Tokatea manager reports getting good dirt in the early part of the week, and a few pounds picked stone from stope on the Siege level; also a few, pounds specimens from low level during week. From Warner's claim stuff is being forwarded to the mill to;day.
The provincial works have been suspended in consequence of the capitation tax being seized by the General Government.
