This day. The' Golden Point have a parcel of good picked stone. The City of Auckland got specimens from the s topes today.. ; ; The Three Brothers' crushing is likely to be finished this week. About 300 ozs of gold is expected. Rumour is rife here that the Royal Oak specimens came from the Tokatea ground.':-'-.; .■'• ,--.y •■ . ■■>"'" .. The Plutus crushing continues looking well.
Close Brothers' business has been pur* chased by Plumridge of the Thames.
