Copies of the regulations in a pamphlet form were for sale at 4 o'clock this evening in Mackay Town, printed by Hopcraft, McCullough & Co., and were at once rushed for. In the book was a map of the goldfield giving all the information required. The Star carrier pigeons were despatched during the day with messages to Grahamstown.
