WARDEN'S COURT.

THIS DAY (Before W. Fbasek, Esq., Warden.) CHAS. EOWLET V. THOMAS FOGABTY. The complaint in this case was as follows:—That defendant is the registered owner of a claim situated in the Hauraki Goldmining District, called or known as the Hpringhill claim, and the defendant has failed to continuously work the said claim from day to day in accordance with the regulations made under the GroJdmining District Act, 1873, to^eit, by one man for|i every fifteen thousand square feet comprised in the said claisn;, wherefore the complainant claims that the defendant be adjudged to hare forfeited ihe said claim or a part thereof by reason of such neglect as aforesaid; that tbe complainant have made and given to him an order to take possession of the said claim or a portion thereof, under the Goldmining Districts Act, 1873, and that the complainant have such other and further relief in the premises as the nature of the case may require and the Court see fit.

Complainant said that an agreement had been come to to adjourn the case till Wednesday next. The case was adjourned accordingly to Wednesday, 27th. The Court then rose.
