DRUNKENNESS.

Wiremu Taipirutu was charged with having been drunk and incapable in Pollen-streeii, Shortland on the 9th inst. He pleaded guilty through Mr Grace, and wag fined 10s, with the alternative of 24 hours' imprisonment.

DOMESTIC, JAES.

John Windsor was charged with having unlawfully assaulted one Sarah Windsor (his wife) on the sth inst.

The»e being no appearance of either party the case was struck out. The Court then adjourned.
