William Wilkinson was charged with having been drunk and incapable, to which he pleaded guilty, and was mulcted in the usual amount.

BREACHES OF THE LICENSING ACT. Frederick Tetley of the Thames Hotel was fined Is and costs for permitting his light to be out during the hourß it should be alight. John Hendy was fined 40* and costs for allowing liquor to be sold in his house, the Bendigo Hotel, on Sunday. This was the business, and the Court adjourned.
