This case, an application to oust the Chairman of the Kauaarangt, Highway Board, on account of illegal election was adjourned from Monday last, that the Magistrate might consider his decision. His Worship saiet 1 he would not give judgment, as it was necessary that he should refer to authorities that he could not obtain here; . He: w.quld require ..to obtain access to the Library of the Supreme Court. Mr. Macdonald appeared for the.plaintiff, and asked for an adjournment to the 9th of October next, which was granted. O. M. Creaghv. S. Fernandez—Claim, £20, damages. Mr. Macdonald appeared for the plaintiff, "and asked for adjournment. rJ his was granted, the plaintiff to pay coits of witnesses, put dowa at £2 11». The Court then adjourned.
