THE EXCHANGE.
In breaking some of the stone sent to surface from the face of the lode■, cut during the week some rich specimens were found, this indicates well for the result of the general stuff when crushed. I soe by advertisement that the company are about letting 100 feet of driving along tho course of the reef. Tho lode as it stands is of sufficient thickness to give a good paddock of stone, the country being neither difficult nor wet.
