WARDEN'S COURT.
THIS DAY. (Before W. Fbaseb, Esq., Warden.) . PUMPING ASSOCIATION V. QUEEN OF BEAUTY. The plaint sets forth that the plaintiffs arc the Imperial Crown Company, the Tookey Company, the Caledonian Com-' pany, and the Golden Crown G.M. Company registered, and known collectively as the Pumping Association. That the defendants are holders of, or persons •inking a mine adjacent to said mines of the complainants, said mine being known as the City of London; and that the defendants and their mines are beneifct? . L'*>hy ™he ma cmn«ry of the plaintiffs. That ,v the complainants are the owners of the machinery aforesaid, and that if such contribution wag not. agreed to application would be maade inthe Court to enforce the same. The defendants have so refused, and the complainants claim that this Court proceed to determine the amount of contributions which would be reasonable, and also that the mode, timo and conditions of payment, and the periods during which such contribution shall be made for a period of not less than 12 month*. Mr Macdonald appeared for the plaintifls, and asked for an adjournment till Wednesday, which the Court granted. The Court adjourned.
