FRENCH ARMY
Reorganisation Plans PARIS. December 3. The French army would be reorganised on entirely new lines, principles, methods and discipline and would be reformed, said the Army InspectorGeneral, General de Lattre de TassiTny, in a speech at Strasbourg. The Army would become the pure, magnificent and popular young force that the people wanted.
