Condemned As Criminals (7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 2. The German People’s Court in Dresden tried five SS prison guards and found them guilty as war criminals. Two of the accused were sentenced to death on a charge of murdering and mishandling the internees in Radeberger concentration camp near Dresden. One was sentenced to life imprisonment for shooting a prisoner in the back for allegedly attempting to escape and the others were sent to prison for three to six years respectively.
