Dunstan's Ministry, was to-day granted a commission bv the Governor (Major-General Sir Winston Dugan) to form a Government. After seeing the Governor Mr MacFarlan returned to Parliament House and formed a Ministry which included five Liberals, whose rebellion within the Party was the means of defeating the Dunstan Ministry last week.
