Seymour Joseph Sands, a printer, was charged with failing to print his name and address on pamphlets distributed around Wellington and purporting to be issued bt the Dominion Sportsmen’s Association He pleaded guilty and was fin'd £125 On the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the Hon. H. G. R Mason, the fine has been reduced tc £lO.
