Personal Mr W. Button visited Sherwood Downs over the holidays. Mr J. Brown spent the holidays in Cattle Valley. Mr and Mrs J. Howden and family are visiting Waimate. Miss E. Thomson, Oamaru, is visiting her parents, Mr and Mrs Thomson, Landsborough Road. Mrs E. J. Butchers is visiting Waimate. School Flower Show At the school flower show there were 253 entries, a record. Mr E. Butler, chairman of the school committee, congratulated the children on the magnificent show and said the proceeds were in and of the school baths, which they hoped to have constructed in the near future.
