Japan Has No Worries
(Rec. 8.30 p.m.) NEW YORK. Jan. 28. The Tokio radio said that the Munitions Minister, Yoshida, said that the military situation made the transport of petroleum from the southern occupied areas increasingly difficult. Japan was strenuously making efforts to increase oil production in Japan Manchuria and North China The Government was giving special attention to the production of synthetic oils There was no cause to worry about the production of liquid fuel.
