Eire’s Post-war Plans (730 p.m.) DUBLIN. Oct. 3. •Mr E. de Valera, announcing plans for the Eire Army after the war. said there will be a standing army of r.s many men under 30 as the country can afford, and a permanent territorial force on the lines of the present local security force.
