Place in Post-war Plans LONDON, November 10. About 100 prominent members of the House of Commons, from all parties, have tabled a motion urging the Government to utilise scientists much more extensively in building up the post-war world, says the Press Association. This is the outcome of a report from a Parliamentary Scientific Committee, which pointed out that the United States spends 10 times as much as Britain On scientific research.
