TEMUKA

DANCE There was a very good attendance at a dance held in the Parish Hall on Friday evening by the social committee of New Zealand Insulators, Ltd. Novelty dances were won by Mrs J. Manson and Driver J. Cook, Mrs Isles, and Gunner Simpson. Extras were played by Miss Owna Baxter, Pipers F. McGillcn, and K. Surridge. Mr S. Erwood acted as M.C. Opportunity was taken to welcome Private W. T. Harvey, who has returned from the Middle East. On behalf of the employees the manager 'Mr T. N. Lovatt) presented Private Harvey with a wallet and expressed a hope that he would soon be restored to his health.
