CHINESE PAPER ANNOYED

(Rec. B.oi CHUNGKING, Jan. 7. "Takungpao,” in an editorial, bitterly assailed the recent conference of the Institute of Pacific Relations, held in Ottawa, at which the reactionary school of thought reared its ugly head. "Takungpao" alleged that the conference- suggested that Manchuria should not be returned to China. The editorial expressed indignation at the United States isolationists who urged that lease-lend aid to China be suspended, and reminded them that China had lost 10,000.000 men fighting Japanese aggression.
