CHANGEABLE CONDITIONS Conditions yesterday were very changeable, and, although there was no sunshine. it was warm at times. Rainfall to date this year: 0.61 n. Sunshine: 8.2 hours. Sunshine to date this year: 38.9 hours. IN OTHER CENTRES Temuka—Yesterday was dull and overcast with a south-easterly wind. The maximum temperature was 68 degrees and the minimum 39. The glass was high and steady last evening. Waimate (for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. yesterday)—Barometer, 29.4; thermometer, maximum 74.1, minimum 55.0; bright sunshine, 11 hours 36 minutes; wind gauge, miles run in last 24 hours, 57. Yesterday was sunny and warm with a keen wind.
