VICE-REGAL RAINCLIFF, Dec. 31. The Governor-General, Sir Cyril Newall, who was attended by Major C. J. Holland-Martin, visited the Boy Scout camp at Culverden, North Canterbury, this morning. His Excellency returned to Raincliff this evening. RAINCLIFF, Jan. 1. This afternoon Their Excellencies the Governor-General and Lady Newall, attended by Major C. J.
