LATE SHOPPING NIGHT
ELIMINATION ADVOCATED (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 20. A motion advocating elimination of the late shopping night in Wellington in the Interests of the lighting restrictions and blackout arrangements was passed at a meeting of the Shop Assistants’ Union this week. It also urged that the closing hour of all shops be not later than 5.30.
