SUCCESSFUL YEAR
President Praises New Journal (6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 18. Mr R. Ingersoll, editor of “P.M.” today received a congratulatory telegram from President Roosevelt on the occasion of the "completion of the first year of an interesting experiment in journalism.” “P.M.” which is notably pro-Brltish, has consistently urged all-out aid for the democracies and has strongly opposed large shipments of oil to Japan.
