TO-DAY’S RECIPE
❖ HOT TURKEY MOUSSE * £ Melt three tablespoons butter; ❖ add three tablespoons flour; mix ❖ well. Add one cup milk. Season ❖ ❖ with salt and pepper. Cook, stir- * X ring constantly, until thick. Cool X .•« slightly. Combine one and a half ►l* cups turkey shreds and half cud ❖ finely diced cooked ham with ❖ ❖ half cup soft bread crumbs. Beat * X two eggs; add cream sauce; mix X well. Combine sauce and meat. Pour into individual greased * ❖ moulds. Set in pan in warm ❖ water.
