SHIPPING PORT OF TIMARU

NO COASTAL VESSELS The waterfront was empty during the week-end, and owing to the holiday to-day the arrival of several coastal vessels has been delayed till later in the week. The earliest arrival will be the Walnui which is due on Wednesday from Oamaru to load for Wellington, Napier and Gisborne, via Lyttelton. The Waiplata and the Holmdale are due on Thursday to load for northern ports. The following list of coastal steamers’ movements Is compiled in accordance with advice supplied by agents for the different Lines:— EXPECTED ARRIVALS

LISTED MOVEMENTS The Holmdale is now due on Thursday from the south on the Wel-lington-Wanganui run. The Waiplata, from Oamaru, is due on Thursday to load for Wellington and Auckland, via Lyttelton. The Waiana, from Dunedin, Is scheduled for November 30 to load for Wellington and Auckland, via Lyttelton. The Breeze is listed to arrive on November 30 from the south to load general cargo for Wellington and Wanganui.
