The “Daily Telegraph” says that the Luftwaffe historian, Dr Hasso von Wedel, in order to obtain material for the blitzkrieg against England, accompanied a Messerschmitt in a raid against London. The machine was shot down and von Weden, languishing in a prison camp, is now in a belter position to write the actual history of the war over Britain.
