Greek Appeal Will Be Well Received United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 19. The United States Under-Secretary of State (Mr Sumner Welles) said today that the Greek Government was seeking permission to buy aircraft and other military supplies from the United States. Mr Welles said he was sure the Greeks’ appeal would be well received and would elicit a sympathetic response.
