DIPLOMATIC SCENE CHANGES LONDON, This Day. The scene of Axis diplomacy has changed from Berlin to Vienna. The Hungarian Prime Minister (Count Teleki) and the Foreign Minister (Count Csaky) will arrive at Vienna to-morrow at the invitation of the German Government to attend a central European conference to deal with the New Order in Europe. It is described in Berlin as the latest move in the fresh diplomatic activity against Great Britain. It Is revealed that King Boris of Bulgaria left Berlin by special train after his secret Interview with Hitler and arrived back at Sofia yesterday morning. A diplomatic correspondent declared that Hitler's latest activities brought the liberation of Europe from the British hegemony nearer. The “National Zeitung" says a coalition is being forced which will be directed exclusively against Britain. The ring began at Brenner Pass and is about to be completed as a masterly political structure.
