OIL DISPUTE
Arbitration Rejected United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 5. 7.10 p.m.) WASHINGTON. May 4. Mexico has sent a note to the United States rejecting the proposed arbitration in the oil dispute on the ground that arbitraion would be inoperative since the oil firms have not yet proved a denial of justice in the Mexican Courts.
