Agreement Signed With Britain United Press Assoclatlon—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received March 19, 6.30 p.m.) MADRID, March 18. The British and Spanish trade agreement of November 14, 1939, has been signed. Spain is reported to be exchanging fruit, minerals and wines for fertilisers, jute, cotton and raw materials.
