New York Observance United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, February 8. The Governor of New York State (Mr Herbert H. Lehman) has proclaimed next Sunday Polish Day “in remembrance of the religious and lay martyrs of the war.” He urges Americans “to pray for the millions of Poles who are undergoing untold misery and persecution.”
