WAR PREPAREDNESS
Italian Cabinet Measures United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 23, 6.30 p.m.) ROME. January 22. The Cabinet adopted measures of increased preparedness for war, including a law permitting firms to give precedence to military orders, regulating the use of coal, coke and oil, a more intensive search for gold and food rationing.
