New Punishments For Germans United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ZURICH, January 22. Germany’s fears of sabotage during J black-outs is evident in new decrees . Increasing punishments designed “to , protect Germany’s military strength.” . The list includes persons damaging , tanks, warships, aeroplanes, ammunition, A.R.P. materials, telegraphs, telephones, and military roads. Punish- ■ ments range from lengthy imprisonment to the death sentence. Motorists driving carelessly, thereby ' causing damage, will be imprisoned for at least six months. ' Notices appear daily in Warsaw an--1 nouncing executions for possession of arms and insults to the army.
