Heavy Oversubscription Expected United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright OTTAWA, January 11. The Minister of Finance (Mr J. L. Ralston) announced that the first domestic Canadian war loan would be offered on Monday, and would total 200.000,000 dollars. It would comprise 3} per cent, bonds dated February 1, 1940, to be sold at par. The bonds would mature in 1952, through a system of annual drawings by lot.
