Lord Willingdon said that whatever people may say of India and its congress there was no possible doubt of its Intense loyalty. He added that he had seen the New Zealand regiment which was enlisted in England shortly after the outbreak of war. It was a regiment of men as admirable as could b° enlisted anywhere.
