Grimmett took 6 wickets for 118 runs, and Klose 3 for 21. South Australia in the first innings have lost two wickets for 54 (Bradman not out 24). Bradman has now reached 1000 runs in this season’s Sheffield Shield matches. The unique feature of the play was that the whole of the New South Wales side except one was out either leg before or stumped by Walker.
