ESCAPED IN NIGHT ATTIRE
Fire In Governor’s Residence United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 14, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 13. The Governor of Northern Ireland, the Duke of Abercorn, escaped with the Duchess and their grandchildren in their night attire from a fire in his residence, Baron's Court, Newton Stewart. The north side of the mansion containing the sleeping quarters was extensively damaged.
