ONE DRIVER SUFFERS CRUSHED HAND By Telegraph—Press Association CARTERTON, December 18. A collision between cars at the corner of Wakefield and Fox Streets, Featherston, on Saturday resulted in a crushed hand and other injuries to Michael Joseph Collins, of Wellington, the driver of the smaller of the vehicles. The other driver, Brian Carne Bidwell. Featherston, escaped injury, as did several passengers. Both cars were completely wrecked.
