ST. KILDA NOT TO (OAII’ETE By Telegraph —Prps«= Association DUNEDIN. September 11. St. Kilda Municipal, the champion quickstep Band of New Zealand, has decided that in view of the prevailing conditions created by the outbreak of war, it will not lx? a participant in the New Zealand brass band championship to be held in Wellington next February. St. Kilda has attended championships for an unbroken period of 19 years.
