In spite of strike threats among the ratings in tire Australian Navy there was a full muster of men aboard when the ships left harbour to-day for naval exercises in Jervis Bay. The Minister of Defence (Mr G. A. Street) stated that he intended to overhaul the machinery relating to the method of the presentation of grievances and redress for ratings in the Navy.
