RESULTS OF FIRST ROUND Tiie Lindsay medal competition which is on handicap match play, is at present in progress at Highfield. Following are the results of the first round: Mrs G. Millar won from Mrs Knowles by default. Mrs Grant beat Mrs Ew’ing. Mrs W. E. Mackay beat Mrs j. H. Russell. Mrs G. P. Lawson won from Mrs W. A. Scott by default. Mrs Caithness beat Mrs. Lamb. Mrs N. S. Hawkes beat Mrs C. S. Marshall. Mrs J. A. Scott beat Miss Manchester. Miss O. Hunt beat Mrs O’Callaghan. M'rs Minifie beat Mrs W. Davies. Miss V. Campbell beat Miss D. Davies. Miss J. Horwell beat Miss M. Stewart. Miss G. Campbell beat Mrs Hunt. Miss H. Fox beat Mrs Greenall. Mrs Cameron won from Mrs Richards by default. Mrs F. J. Robinson won from Miss V. Morgan by default. Mrs A. M. Robertson beat Mrs E. G. Kerr.
