Air Mail Leaves Sydney A message from Sydney last right states that the Waiotapu, which sailed for New Plymouth, has a large quantity of oversea air mail aboard. Berlin Bourse Unsteady. It is reported from Berlin that the Bourse is again unsteady. It is disturbed by news of the French precautions and the feeling that the Czech situation is uneasier. Home For Jews. A Rome message reports that Signor Mussolini has approved of a plan to settle a reserved zone in Aby-slnia which is suitable for the agricultural Industry, with the Jews expelled from Italy and Libya. British Ship Bombed. A London message states that the British ship Marvla was bombed while loading at Alicante and set on ffre. An Arab sailor was killed. Home Fleet Exercises. A British Official Wireless message reports that the Home Fleet ships will leave their home ports to-day for their usual exercises and a cruise in the North Sea. Condition Unchanged. It is reported from Rugby that there is no change in the condition of Prince Arthur of Connaught.
Champagne Stakes. The Champagne Stakes run at Doncaster resulted:—Apple 1, Ring 2. Titan 3. There were seven starters.
