X STEAMED MARMALADE X PUDDING ••• 4oz flour, 4oz brown sugar, 4oz * X breadcrumbs, 4oz shredded suet, f 1 egg, 3oz marmalade, milk. Mix X well together with the flour, 4 X sugar, breadcrumbs, suet, beaten X egg, marmalade and half teaX spoon soda dissolved in a little X .j. milk. Pour into a well-buttered X basin, dusted with brown sugar, X * cover and steam 21 to 3 hours. ❖ X Turn out and serve with white X X sauce flavoured with lemon or * X vanilla. X ❖ ?
