STEADY DEMAND FOR LAMB MUTTON EASIER Th? tendency of the lamb market is | steady, excepting second quality. Coni sumption continues good. With the I heavier arrivals of wether and ewe ! mutton prices are weaker. Chilled beef I is slightly easier owing to the warm ; weather. Lightweights are firmer but I trade is slow. The baconer pig market 1 is steady and unchanged.
