In the House of Commons the Prime Minister (Mr Neville Chamberlain) said that for various reasons he had found it impossible to arrange for the formation of an international commission to inquire into aerial bombardments in Spain. The British Government, however, proposed to despatch a commission of two British investigators at the earliest possible moment.
